Lack of elevator, no gym and location was not well maintained around the perimeter of the building. Construction vehicles parked and workers sleeping in their cars. The female employee I spoke to was very friendly.

Best part about the trip was the staff’s customer service. The location did not have any elevators, and it was painful to carry all of our luggage upstairs. Also, no gym.
