“The Five Star Rating is for our host. It’s when things don’t go as planned, that good customer service is important. We had booked Frog Water for a family get-together with relatives traveling from several different places to gather for the holiday. When we arrived, we saw a heating service truck out front. After speaking with the service man, he informed us the heat could not be restored until after the weekend. So yes, we were disappointed, and we had to make last-minute arrangements.……

“Amazing stay at the Cabin! We visited and had a tour at the nearby Ohio Bird Sanctuary, and loved sitting on the screened in porch in the morning having our coffee and listening to the birds. Very close to Mohican State Park, but it rained, so we didn't get to hike. The Master Bedroom was very nice, and the cabin is roomy, clean and well cared for. The hot tub was clean and a nice way to relax after a long day. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay. Super good communication with the……

“Absolutely gorgeous property, pictures are exactly how the home looked (outside of bunk beds). They have been broken down to two twins. Sleeps 9 very comfortably. Well done!”
