The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. 「We had a great stay at this place in Montrose! The host was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was one of our favorite parts — really quiet, beautiful, and still close to everything we needed. There were plenty of good restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby, but the area itself felt peaceful and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice quiet weekend in Houston....

This is a standard apartment with standard apartment problems including the upstairs neighbor whose washing machine will not last too much longer but rattles the dishes as it bangs on in the early morning.
