"We liked the apartment, but it was hard to sleep most nights with tenant above us walking back and forth on hardwood floors right over our bed. Apartment very clean- but you feel like you are boxed in- windows looks out to a wall. The place is pretty dark- which some may really like… Kitchen well stocked. We appreciated the snacks. Location amazing. Very quiet, yet close to everything."

"The apartment was historical perfection- spacious and included nice touches like coffee, shampoo and conditioner. The host was very responsive to any inquiries. It was walking distance to everything in Savannah, and just a short drive to Tybee Beach. The front balcony was perfect for your morning coffee."

"LOVED the property! Cleanliness, supplies, location were all fantastic! The only problem we had were the dumpsters and food deliveries for the hotel behind us were under the windows by the bedrooms. Deliveries were at 5 am then dumpster pick up was early as well. Overall thought it was great!!! Loved having a balcony!"

"We enjoyed the apartment and location. Easy walking to lots of Savannah attractions. The place was quiet. We could have used regular hangers in the closet. Three wire hangers, and one cast off from a clothing store was a bit cheap. We had brought coffee from the NW with us, but had no regular coffee pot. (Keurig in unit). Parking was easy to find street side, and with our holiday/weekend stay, mostly free."

"Location - excellent, there are a few shops and 2 restaurants on the same block of the apartment. Right across from Wright park. Only about 3 blocks away are a lot of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Apartment - perfect for 2 people. Very clean and safe. There is a keypad lock on both the apartment door as well as to get into the building. You will absolutely want to take advantage of the parking deck card they provide. We parked once we arrived and never drove again, walked...

"This was a lovely spot to spend a few days exploring Savannah! It was so easy to get everywhere, whether we felt like meandering by foot or driving. The use of the parking garage was a big perk. Everything was as described, just took off a star for cleanliness because of mold growing in one bathroom by the vent. Didn’t have cause to contact management so can’t speak to responsiveness, but their instructions were very thorough. Overall the condo was spacious, clean, & comfortable."

"Our stay at the Grant exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful furniture and design, convenient location, and so spacious! The kitchen also had everything we could possibly need (example, multiple types of coffee makers) and most of it seemed brand new. We will definitely be back."

"Loved the aesthetic and cleanliness of the place. It really was loud but anywhere near Broughton is going to be that way. The noise was was not a particular problem for us. Parking was down the street which was fine once we realized where and how to use the discount and app. Calling customer to find out about parking was a frustrating experience at night when we got into town…the connection was terrible but we got it resolved quickly. "
