“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”

“Comfortable and had everything you needed. Affordable. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool dino decor. Comfy beds. Better lighting in room, especially above sink is needed. Nice and well kept breakfast -variation would be appreciated. Good shopping close by and Red Rocks is 15 min away. Wish carpets in rooms and hallways would be replaced or atleast cleaned. That would do a lot for this property. Thanks for a great stay!”

“We had a great room and good service! Thank you for and incredible stay in the Red room! I’m sure the negative reviews had their reasons, but this is a bed and breakfast that is amazing. Great views! The room was amazing. Breakfast was prepared well and delicious.”
