We found the property to be very comfortable and conveniently situated to easily access downtown. The location is quiet and safe. The apartment has a kitchen area and is perfect for fixing a quick breakfast and heating easy meals. The beds are firm with toppers and there is a tv in each room. The bathroom is very small and has a tiny shower, but we managed just fine. We did not use the laundry room due to allergies, but keeping the door closed solved that issue and may not be a concern for those without allergies. All in all, I can recommend the property and found our hosts to be very accommodating.

City retreat temporary living
Very confortable accommodations. Neighborhood is very lovely and quiet. Very close to the highway make it easy to travel anywhere in the Richmond area. It gets noisy at times from the owners living upstairs but they are very considerate. If you smoke do not stay here. You are not allowed to smoke anywhere in the property including outside grounds.

Beautiful retreat in Bellevue
What a lovely view! His retreat boasts one f the most beautiful, peaceful views we have seen. The entire living/dining/kitchen area looks out across a beautiful wooded area complete with a brook tumbling over rocks. Next visit, we will hope for weather that lets us enjoy it more fully.

Richmond is a vibrant city. This property is minutes from lovely Lewis Ginter Botanical gardens and other “to dos.” This pleasant property served me well on my stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood with delightful hosts, it is a great get away right in the city.

Bachelorette weekend!!!
I booked this house for my girls and I to celebrate my bachelorette weekend (I get married in 11 days) it was the cutest little property and very inexpensive for what we got! It had the cutest little stream and bridge on the property. We just wanted to hang out and do some shopping at short pump and that's exactly what we did. I enjoyed sitting on the bridge listening to the stream. I'm glad they could take us girls in! I know the first night we were laughing it up, and we decided against karaoke (good news for them above us😂). They were very attentive and brought down toilet paper when we ran out. Which was so sweet of them! We would all definitely stay here again. Thank you Younger family for making one of my last "single woman" weekends a blast! - Michaela, Adrian, Sarah, Cassidy, and sheana!

everything we wanted to see was within a few miles, great location. The steps we steep & uneven to get into the basement rental of the home, definitely use the handrail for steadiness.

Secret Gem in Northern Richmond
I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience my 17 year old daughter and I had for the three nights we stayed in this Bellevue get - away. The location was fabulous. Tree lined streets with beautifully maintained homes-great for running or walking . Little Bistros and coffee shops within walking distance as well as fabulous restaurants. The home was spotless with all amenities needed. The yard has exquisite gardens and a stream. And, there are even three well behaved hens who graciously provided fresh eggs for our breakfast. The home owners were attentive to any and all of our needs. Kudos to the hosts of this fabulous property! Chris and Roxy
