Had a wonderful stay. The property is super clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet still conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see in Richmond. Loved being in walking distance of the park and trails. The host was super communicative and proactive with tons of recommendations. We hope to be back soon!

Just Right

Weekend in Richmond

House was very clean and well-stocked with essentials for a comfortable weekend. We were able to easily access points from University or Richmond to downtown (and in-between). Enjoyed being able to walk to Maymont and James River Park trials. All in all a great weekend place.

Great stay in Maymont!

This was the perfect home for our stay over Christmas. It was impeccably clean and perfect for our family of 6 adults, and 2 dogs. The yard is securely fenced, and very large! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your home!

Peaceful getaway in a comfortable and well appointed setting.

I was in the area visiting family and needed a place to stay for the week, along with my dog. This home was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The fenced yard was a fantastic plus for my dog to play outside. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.

Super cute house and great location!

The house was really fun and cozy. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was within 10 min. Communication with the owner was great. Just one complaint. It really doesn’t sleep eight adults, I’d say 6 adults and 2 small children.

Gem in a Quaint Neighborhood

The property is charming, clean, and quite comfortable. We loved that it was located within walking distance to the river walkway, which is great for mountain biking and running as well. If the weather was a bit warmer, we would've loved to enjoy the large backyard. Anytime we wanted to get to VCU, shopping, or Carytown, hiring an uber was convenient if we didn't have a ride from someone else. We will definitely keep this property in mind for the next visit!

Precious gem

The pictures truly reflect the charm of this cottage. It may be small but the updates and layout of the property make this house very comfortable and livable. Beds are comfy, bath is beautiful and kitchen has everything you need. Our family gathered over Christmas where I cooked and served a dinner for eight. Easy communication, check in, and check out process. I would stay here again. I highly recommend any of the properties James Divine manages. He is the most helpful, professional host.

This home was an amazing "home base" for our wedding party to stay over in/get ready in the day of our Maymont wedding. It is beautifully decorated and made for awesome photos too. The property owner was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay in Ricmond. The house was clean and well decorated and they left coffee for us, which was well appreciated for our first morning there as we did not have to run out first hing in the morning. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you are looking to visit Richmond.

Great location and comfy!

This house was great for a family getaway with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. The upstairs room was used by the older kids, and the younger kids camped out in the living room on the fold out futon and a single air mattress we brought with us. House was well stocked and just as described. Decent sized backyard and in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
