Breakfast options were 2 bagels, 2 muffins, a tiny bit of cereal and a gallon of milk in the mini fridge. So, There was no breakfast. That was half the reason we stayed at this location. We were very disappointed. The photos of breakfast in the listing are not real.

Most everything about our stay was fine, but then the morning we were leaving we went down for the free breakfast (6-9) am, we went at 7:15, passed a couple of guys on the stairs bringing up food stacked high on 2 places, from the breakfast. Got to the main floor to find most of the food was one and were told there were NO CUPS for us to have coffee. No apology or explanation

dépôt 50$ obligatoire en arrivant, la préposée me dit que dépôt sera remboursé au départ ,je lui dit que je part à 4h am, elle me dit pas de problème quelqu’un sera là juste appuyer sur sonnette pour service . j’ai sonner pendant 20 minutes personnes n’est venu il n’a aucun numéro d’urgence pour les contacter, je devais partir absolument donc j’imagine je perd mon 50$. les tapis dans les corridor très sales la balayeuse pas passé depuis longtemps , la chambre moyennement propre. mon seule bon commentaire c’est que le lit est confortable . 1 ère fois à cette chaîne d’hôtel. je ne retournerai pas .

The pronlem was with the room. I reserved a single King bed with a roll-in shower. I get 2 queens and they don't even have any roll-in showers. There are laws against bait and switch.

The room was in deplorable condition. There were gauges in the floor in both the room and in the bathroom. The psint in the bathroom was alalso gauged. I told the front desk clerk about this and she came to the room. She did offer another room but we were tired. If we were staying more than 1 night we would have taken her up on the offer.
