「Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. This house was very warm and had all of at amenities of home. The coffee bar had me at hello. Our host Stella answered all of my questions and was very prompt and courteous.
