Situated on nearly 83 private acres of majestic Savannah oaks, this luxurious retreat offers a level of tranquility, beauty, and amenities that is truly unmatched. Whether you're looking for the ultimate group getaway, a family reunion location, or just a private escape into nature, Oak Rise delivers a one-of-a-kind experience.



The custom-built main home is rich in high-end finishes and elegant design. Soaring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows bathe the living and kitchen areas in natural light, showcasing the stunning surrounding landscape. The gourmet kitchen flows into a cozy eat-in nook and an adjacent formal dining room, offering flexible options for any gathering. Every detail—inside and out—has been thoughtfully curated with top-tier furnishings and décor, creating a perfect blend of comfort and refined style.



Inside the main house, you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms and two and a half luxurious bathrooms. Just steps away, the guest house offers even more space with a private bedroom, full bathroom, and a charming loft sleeping area, effectively giving your group six bedrooms in total.



No matter the season, entertainment is never in short supply. Enjoy a game of billiards, ping pong, or air hockey inside, or head outdoors to relax in the private hot tub, roast marshmallows by the firepit, or sink into the plush seating with a view that stretches endlessly. The outdoor spaces are just as impressive—with a sparkling pool, basketball hoop, and multiple patios where you can sunbathe, read, or simply take in the peace and quiet.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We invite you to come and experience the magic of Oak Rise, where luxury meets nature in the most extraordinary way.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

House was amazing. Great way for our whole family to hang out, sleep and let the children play. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook for our large family. Property manager was very accommodating and let us know of incomplete house repairs prior to checking in. Will be back!

This property was gorgeous and very comfortable. We checked in on Saturday and enjoyed the property. unfortunately on Wednesday evening the water turned black no one could bathe or cook or wash dishes. The management company did respond quickly The owner came out by 8 am the next morning after several hours with no water we all had to leave the property and left a lot of food behind. Four families had to go to different hotels costing approximately 300 dollars each and we now had to eat meals out. I got offered a reimbursement for only 1 night which did not cover all of our additional costs

My family came in from all over - one from Russia and one from Belgium for my daughter’s wedding. They loved this property. It was so quiet, large perfect for a group of 14. They appreciated the attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and all the outside seating areas were wonderful. Great memories

Most beautiful & Serene Experience

Every one had a good time. Kids had lot of fun, enough place outdoor to play around. Nicely fenced & gated so we didn't have to much of monitoring. Grown ups too enjoyed. Good size rooms Kitchen, family room & backyard so all could sit together. We also had good sighting of group of deer walking past the house. We loved that experience We missed few things1. Table Tennis bat could be of good quality, playing with them was challenging2. One pickleball bat was broken but we bought one and completed the set :)3. Air-Hockey wasn't working well.4. Thanks for Garage space heaters but when we plugged it in it kept tripping5. For longer stay with such big family, need at least two garbage can of each type.6. Some board games could have been fun.With all that, we would love come back again.

Beautiful place, only let down by cleanliness

The house is certainly as good as it looks, and worked perfectly for our huge group size. Everyone got a decent bed, and there was more than enough space for all 16 of us to enjoy!The only major let down was a stinkbug infestation which we had to clean up on the first night. I still found two in my bed the next day. It seemed like the house had not been looked over that day, or possibly the last few at least, due to the build up of insect bodies. The hot tub had also not been turned on, which meant we missed out on our first night. The pictured fireplaces and swimming pool were not actually usable, which we were disappointed by. And finally, there wasn't nearly enough silverware, toilet paper, and other items, switches, amenities etc. were hard to find due to a lack of labelling or guidebook. Still, I've heard these issues will get figured out, and if so this place would be a perfect booking for any big group!

Best getaway ever.

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights for our 11th annual gathering and it was by far the best property we have stayed in. Everything was in great shape and overall just a very nice place to stay. Highly recommended for a medium sized group (we had 9).

Work Weekend

My co-workers and I enjoyed the property. This is a great rental at a good price (bring extra dining tables and chairs if you have more than 6 people or plan to eat out). Not sure what the winery season price is but the off-season was very reasonable. Plenty of parking available and the driveway is a flat, easy safe walk for those wanting to take a hike after a meal or get some exercise.

The best family get away

We got our extended family together over the Thanksgiving holiday! It felt like we were on our own little island and we could completely unplug. We had everything we needed to make great memories together and more. It was so easy to get ahold of the company and any concerns were fixed right away. It was easy to get to the property from PDX and Salem, but it was tucked away, beautiful and private. Truly the best VRBO experience we’ve had as a family!!

Willamette Valley Getaway

House was decorated beautifully, on a peaceful property and well appointed for rest and relaxation and for entertaining and gaming. The hosts were very attentive before, during and after our stay. Loved that we did not see another house from this home on the hill. Highly recommend this property for a Willamette Valley wine adventure.

Not as advertised and no compliance

The primary reason we booked this home for my birthday was for the pool. It took me calling the company that manages the house, itrip with concerns about the color and look of the pool for them to admit knew there was an issue with the pool 5 days prior to our reservation. They told me that they had a pool tech out the morning before our reservation began and knew the pool was not usable and needed to be closed for the season. They had already decided somehow that they were going to replace it with. Chlorine pool, yet didn’t have the decency to call me to let me know about these concerns and breach of agreement. I booked this house under the agreement that there was a working pool. I would expect they let me know as soon as an aspect of our contract had changed. I believe they did not due to worry I would cancel and they would lose money. Money over customer satisfaction! They offered a measly 5% refund when 95% of the reason we rented this house was for the pool. Then, after the ridiculous mismanagement and lack of communication, 3 people entered the property at 7:00 pm on a Saturday. Absolutely not ok and we did not know who they were and questioned our safety. After I reached out to itrips with my concern for the strangers on the property we rented, were we informed it was the owners son and friends! Absurd! Breach of contract again! Was that them having a rave the night before too??? Do not stay at this scam of a house!

In need of repairs

At check-in, we were informed that the hot tub was not working. On arrival, the AC was not on and it was hot. The upstairs never recovered. Also, the garage had a large number of biting flies inside. Someone came the next day and bombed the garage; others came a few hours later to clean up the dead flies. Cleaner was there until 7pm on check in day and left some tasks incomplete (garbage in kitchen, sticky floor in kitchen, stained sheets in one bed). Something outside of the guest house turned on at random intervals through the night, waking the occupants. The water turned off for no apparent reason on occasion. The house was in need of many repairs. Many of the windows in the house were foggy, the doors to the back yard were sticky and one didn’t close properly. The dishwasher seemed improperly installed and in almost every wash, several dishes came out dirty. The pool had many dead bugs in it, but there was a skimmer so we were able to clear it out. The house has a number of electronic features, including power window shades and a computer screen with information on the house and the area. However, neither the home screen nor the binder on the house included instructions that were needed (window shades, thermostat, appliances). We figured out most of the shades, but two never responded to the control. We did receive responses to our text inquiries during the week. but overall, we were very disappointed in this stay.

Family Trip

The house is in a fantastic location that is very private and great for large groups. Plenty of space for everyone and the separate unit worked out well. The patio was great to hangout on and enjoy the evenings. The just was always quick to respond and took care of things needed. The only downside was the pool was not as clean as should be. We found multiple items (plastic case for a toy and a cup, on the bottom. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working but we were notified before we checked in Overall a great location and place.

Not as advertised

We were very disappointed in the level of disrepair of many of the household features that prompted us to rent this site. The BBQ did not work, even after replacing the tank, the pool is murky due to being treated with hydrogen peroxide which was not disclosed and it had hundreds of dead bugs floating (no skimmer provided), the hot tub was inoperative and does not get hot, the sliding door and swing door that accesses the back yard are extremely difficult to open and close. The water pump breaker continues to trip which disrupts water service to the house. They need better instruction on how to change the temperature on the thermostat so we don't have AC while it rains. Sadly, when we called about these issues to iTrip, the management group, we were told they would look into it and get back to us. We never got a return call or a service person any of the 4 times we called. We spent considerable amount of time and expense to arrange this family reunion, with some members coming from the East coast only to learn many of the amenities that were advertised were NOT available. We would like to discuss these issues with an appropriate representative.

We were all impressed with how clean all the rooms were and really happy that the beds and bathrooms were so comfortable. There were so many things to do, although with the family reunion events, we barely had time to enjoy all of the amenities. Highly recommended for a large gathering, especially with plenty of kids.

It was perfect!

This was a beautiful, comfortable and spacious house and property. The views are gorgeous and there was lots for everyone to do. It was also very well-supplied. The management team was very responsive and friendly. It was the perfect place for our extended family (3 generations) to stay together. I highly recommend!

50th birthday gathering

Property was great.. pulling up the long driveway and the well manicured lawn looked like out of a book! When we got inside the house was clean but the windows were all fogged up.. the heat was set at 90 degrees! The only issues we had were the ice machine (which I saw in another review) bugs, broken kitchen window which allowed more bugs in and alot of lights out throughout the property. I did reach out to the property management to their response “thank you for letting us know, we can try to get out today to fix or we can fix when we check out. I asked they come that day as we couldn’t even sleep in the master bedroom with all the bugs flying and crawling above the head board and bathroom. We stepped out that afternoon to come home to a bottle of bug spray on the front porch. The kitchen window was still ajar (broken) and the ice machine was not working (we even followed the directions as well as did a google search) so we had to continued to go buy bags of ice. Overall the property was great and we all enjoyed ourselves! Just wished these things were fixed during our stay.. would of rated it a 5 star.
