Nestled in the heart of La Tzoumaz, Switzerland, at an altitude of 1,500 metres above sea level, the modern residence "T-Resort" offers an exceptional holiday rental experience in one of the Swiss Alps' most sought-after mountain destinations. Built in 2017, this impressive 4-storey complex houses 2 buildings comprising a total of 85 apartments, combining contemporary comfort with a prime central location in a lively and well-connected setting. The residence benefits from a comprehensive range of on-site amenities designed to enhance your stay, including a welcoming reception, a bar, shopping facilities, a lift, a sun terrace, a dedicated ski storage room, a ski boot dryer, and a central heating system. Staying connected is effortless thanks to WiFi internet access throughout the property. For those who enjoy an active lifestyle beyond the slopes, a tennis court is available within 500 metres of the residence, while an EV charging station is conveniently located on-site, catering to guests travelling with electric vehicles. A washing machine is available at an additional cost, and a tumble dryer is accessible for shared use, also at an extra charge. Please be aware that a 4x4 vehicle is recommended during the winter months, and a car is generally advisable for exploring the wider region.

The apartment must be returned upon departure in a clean and tidy condition, with the kitchen area thoroughly cleaned by the guest. The final cleaning, excluding the kitchen area, as well as the full disinfection of the apartment, are included in the rental price. Baby equipment is available at an additional cost.
