"We chose this house because it was in the same neighborhood as the family we were there visiting. But this house was so nice we ended up visiting with family just hanging out there most of the time instead of going out and doing alot of activities! It was GREAT!!! The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything you might need!! Highly recommend heating the pool, that was sooo nice!! Hoping this house will be available again the next time we come to visit!! 🙌 10/10!!!"

"Although we enjoyed our stay and made the most of our time on this property, we felt like it was not that clean. We found hair in a few places, rags/sponges that were not brand new and appliances/walls in kitchen had not been wiped or scrubbed down. We didn’t do any cooking so this was somewhat acceptable for our stay. I appreciated that the owner left us containers of Clorox wipes so we used those to wipe down counters. "At first I was worried if this home would accommodate my family of 7, but surprisingly it did. Between King size bed, the sofa bed, the other sofa and the air mattress we made it work. The amenities at the community were great and we did not have to even go out much. It was conveniently not far from Tampa and I was surprised how many restaurants and things to do Zephyrhills has to offer."

"We stayed for a week at the end of December. The house was very nice and updated. The pool was heated which was great because there was some cooler days while we were there. The location to restaurant and grocery stores was nice. The neighborhood was okay but seemed a bit run down but we had no issues with anyone during our stay. "This place was a great place to stay, we had such a relaxing time and the kids had plenty to do. There were kayaks to use and we went fishing and relaxed by the fire. They even set up a projector outside and they had popcorn and which was a huge hit with the kids. Only con I would say was the camper could have been a little bit cleaner and I would say to bring your own blankets and sheets. Overall, we had a great time and Sandra was so responsive and helpful for whatever we needed."
