“They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation.
