I’ve stayed here many times in the past and this time was the worst. It was an obvious decline in service and accommodations. 1. We arrived at 1:30p and was told NO you cannot check in early, very sternly. That’s fine since there’s a reason usually like rooms not being ready. 2. Not sure if Expedia or the hotel changed the accommodation, but I wanted two beds. I got a single bed. I went to ask for a room change and pay for an upgrade. I was told no. No accommodations could be made. Fine. 3. The room was warm and air wasn’t working properly overnight. 4. The sink stopped up and toilet ran all night. When we got up to use the bathroom in the morning, the toilet overflowed to the point where water was pouring out. My daughter and husband went to relay it to the front desk and was told that someone was on the way. I went down twenty mins later and the receptionist said, “we’re aware. He’s on his way in.” I said, “I don’t think you understand. The water is pouring out and it’s over half the carpet.” She insisted it was fine. I told her we needed to get ready and be out by 9am because we had a funeral to attend. The manager, I’m assuming, says they will reassign us to a room and did. This was 8am. We got into the room and noted the tub was left with a dirt ring. When I went to clean it out, I noticed it was stained. At the end of the night, I used the washroom and it wouldn’t flush. I sent down to ask for a plunger (for simple tissue) and they said no. The maintenance room isclosed
