「We stayed one night for the St. Michaels Running Festival. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, very easygoing and helpful. The location is great, and the rooms were clean, well designed, and spacious. As someone with Celiac, they even have gluten-free breakfast options for guests. The beds were comfy; the shower was nice. One thing I'd love to see is a small lamp for the rooms, because the lighting was too strong at night and in morning when waking early for the race. 「It was clean and everything worked--more than I could say for many other more expensive rooms I've stayed in. The shower was exceptionally good. Watch out for the hot water: very hot! The TV had Netflix, Hulu, Roku, & Vudu. And they worked. On the downside, the furnishings and carpet were worn, but not terrible. 」

「Where to begin with this amazing stay? My husband and I went for a weekend to run the St. Michaels half marathon. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing place and the Oaks Waterfront surpassed our expectations. The property is impeccably maintained and, Linda, made us special early breakfast bags for the race since we would have to leave at 5AM, before breakfast service.
