Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "I had a Fantastic two-night stay here, I wished it had been longer. I had a large family room, certainly bigger than I needed but I immensely enjoyed anyway. Everything was great with the Internet sognal strong, a comfortable bed. The bath was great with plenty of hot water. The room also has a small refrigerator and an electric kettle which is rare in Europe. Plenty of Walk/run/cycle tracks on the doorstep too. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it."

"From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Every staff member we interacted with from check-in to breakfast to check-out was friendly and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were fortunate to have views of Neuschwanstein from our room and balcony which was magical. The hotel had parking available and was in walking distance to the castles. Breakfast had many options too. We'd recommend staying here if you are visiting the area."

"The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room.
