“Nice newer property. Good location. Staff very helpful.”

“We had no hot water in the bathroom sink, we reported it and it was quickly fixed. We had a really good stay, as usual. Thank you.”

“清潔房間人員粗心大意, 紙巾盒內竟然只有一兩張紙巾, 沒有護髮素. 浴室趟門傾斜, 會自動打開門, 以致沖涼水四踐至浴室地面. 歐陸式早餐選擇都比較少”

“We were disappointed the bed (and pillows) had not been updated in quite some time. Came away after 3 days with sore backs. Also surprised that there were no vanity kits in the bathroom for travels such has cotton pads or nail files etc. One day they remade the bed and the second day, nothing! They didn’t replace the make-up removal disposable pads even after I clearly used them. The water pressure was so minimal, that it took longer to rinse. We chose this hotel for its convenience and……

“The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,……

“員工很親切的接待 也非常願意幫忙 房間是很乾淨 不方便的是沒有提供停車位 不好的經驗是隔天並沒有來整理房間 通知之後過了三個小時仍然沒有整理房間 最後是換了房間 有一些不便”

“A+”

“This is a very pleasant hotel and facility”

“Very cozy and an excellent location close to many shops and restaurants. Guests should be aware that the bedroom/loft is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs which might be an issue for middle of the night trips. Also note that the balcony is a shared space. Also be aware that there may be live music outdoors nearby on some nights- host did provide earplugs in the snack basket (thanks!) but I found turning the AC fan from Auto to On all the time masked the music well. Overall we really……

“Condo was perfect! Had everything you might need for a stay. Location was great - close to good bars and restaurants and in a very walkable area.”

“Great stay.”

“Property was conveniently located to historic downtown and the Riverwalk. When was clean and bright and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the property manager. Sherri was very nice. He gave us some good ideas of things to do. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We loved our stay - we stayed in the Stemmerman suite for a 2-night baby moon. The suite had charm, amazing natural light. Perfect for a two person stay. Great access to downtown. No dedicated parking, but many free and inexpensive options nearby. Would definitely stay here again!”

“My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found……

“Overall great experience. Pros: great location; apartment has a great layout, light and modern; nice historic building. Cons: parking; far from the beach; lots of stairs.”

“Cute and cozy right next to the river and close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay again and they had snacks!”
