近里拉修道院的桑拿酒店

酒店設施齊全，就係里拉修道院附近，可步行前往。服務很好，忘帶雨傘，員工都借給我們，我們入住是淡季，可以延遲退房。有室內泳池，有桑拿，而且房費便宜，非常好。

Lusso in disfacimento

Luogo splendido! Una passeggiata nel bosco lo separa dal monastero di Rila, esterno bello, interno lussuoso con opere d’arte. In giro poco personale, chiediamo un cerotto, prendono la cassetta del pronto soccorso praticamente vuota! Andiamo in stanza molto bella, ma manca il frigo! Lo scompartimento adibito vuoto! C’è il Bollitore ma ne zucchero ne caffè o te! Andiamo al centro benessere: bellissimo , peccato che l’Hamman non funzionava, la stanza di ghiaccio nemmeno così come l’idromassaggio nella piscina. Comunque sauna e bagno turco attive. Non c’era comunque nessun addetto. Colazione minimal. In sintesi bel posto ma merita maggiore manutenzione ( presenti anche parrucchiere chiuso, nightclub chiuso etc..)

This property is in need of lots of maintenance. Eg stair nosing were loose in many parts of the building, stains on the carpets in the eating areas. The bed in the double room had a bottom sheet that was unable to be tucked in so landed up sleeping on the mattress cover. How many other people have slept on this mattress cover??? Location excellent.

A complete disaster, most windows had the glass broken, missing tiles in the pool, half of the spa were out of service, slow and awful customer service, the food at the restaurant was at best ok though the price were inflated. The whole place was a rip off for the price we paid...

Le déjeuner est tiède. Il n'y a pas de chaises sur le balcon. Le lit king est composé de deux petit matelas. Section SPA non finie. Femme de ménage aux 2 jours dans la chanbres. Pas de réfrégirateur. Pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur exceptée la petite porte vitrée du balcon.

Hôtel à déconseiller

Service médiocre. Chambre pas dispo à 14h comme annoncé car pas prête. On nous demande de patienter. Au bout d'une heure on s'inquiète, la personne nous avait oubliés. Pas de papier toilettes dans la sdb, on en demande à l'accueil la personne nous dit qu'on va nous en apporter, on attend toujours. La douche qui fuit. Au restaurant, on passe commande, le plat de Mr n'est pas disponible, il en choisit un autre. La serveuse revient 10min plus tard pour nous dire que mon plat n'est pas non plus disponible. Je change mais ne prends pas le même que Mr. On se retrouve 30 min plus tard avec le même plat, que ni l'un ni l'autre n'avons commandé, et vraiment pas terrible pour le prix. 2h pour 2 escalopes... Petit dej buffet pas extraordinaire, une seule machine à café pour beaucoup trop de monde. Bref un hôtel plein de prétentions mais rien ne suit derrière. On déconseille vraiment.

Not a 4 star hotel.

Unpolite staff. Unregulated parking at the hotel. Cold and poor quality dinner. The reality is far away than the advertised materials.

Our holiday was wonderful except the food (specifically the dinners). The first day we had to choose between 3 types of meat and we chose chicken which had taste of fish , the dessert we had was a biscuit cake-old and dry. The second day for main course we didn’t have the option to choose- there was only pork (not every person loves pork), but this time the dinner was delicious. The hotel is amazing but it needs its improvements. Everything in the rooms is new and clean ,but there was a piece in the bathroom that was already broken. On the other hand , the spa was very good and clean. The staff was very friendly ...The hotel also has a perfect location- it’s near Rila Monastery. Overall, I recommend staying there if you want to be among the nature. It’s perfect for couples and friends.

The location is wonderful, very near the monastery. The room was clean and all of the staff members who we encountered were pleasant. We had breakfast and dinner there. Both were fine. We didn't use any of the facilities, so I can't speak to those, but the pool looked inviting.
