「De passage à Saumur, nous avons réservé deux bungalow. Endroit sympa à proximité du golf de Saumur. Ce n'est pas un hotel donc on peut y faire sa cuisine. Les draps...sont en location et cela n'est pas spécialement écrit dans l'annonce. L'accueil est super et la dame qui nous a reçus était particulièrement sympathique. 」

「Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Running this place is not easy but the family are doing their absolute best as custodians. They are fully dedicated and committed to making Chateau de Candes a success. Merci Bertrand et Sam. 「Habitué des lieux, il y a juste un petit relachement niveau ménage (lave vaisselle pas vidé entièrement, vaisselle rangée douteuse, nid de poussière sur armoire dessus de lit). 」

「We had a wonderful time. The villa was as described. It was very clean and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding very good. It was in a lovely setting, with a very nice swimming pool and the main town was not far away, so was very convenient to get to, by car, for gift shops (not many, but a few) and restaurants. You definitely need a car though to get around as everywhere is too far to get to if you walk. We did notice a bus stop within a couple of minutes walk from...

「The house is magnificent, very spacious with great character and has every facilty you could possibly wish for to make a comfortable and relaxing stay.Gilles was a perfect host and made us very welcome. He was attentive but in a discrete and very comfortable manner.The house is in the centre of Saumur and it was very quick and easy to walk to the many good restaurants and shops.
