This was a perfect place to stay as a base in Rimini for a week in March. It is close to public transport for day trips and there are some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk. All of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast each morning in the bright airy dining room was excellent.

This hotel has 2 grear assets, first the location it is right next to the beach and to the restaurants there is a little noise at night but not loud enough to stop sleep. The staff are great as well very friendly and helpful, also the breakfast buffet at 8 euros is an absolute bargain

This hotel was surprisingly good. The staff were great and all areas were kept in a good, clean condition. The rooms were spacious and ours had a side view of the sea. Cleaning was performed on a daily basis. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was especially good and the staff working there deserve special mention. They rightly refused entry to guests with dogs and politely asked them to sit in an area away from where the food was being served. I can find no fault with this centrally positioned hotel and I would gladly stay here again.

Che dire tutto perfetto: posizione fantastica sul lungomare e vicino ad un bellissimo parco ma anche a molti locali e ristoranti ottimi, accoglienza disponibilità e gentilezza del personale . upgrade della camera super gradito , camera molto confortevole e pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima. L'albergo ed il soggiorno sono andati benissimo. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. In particolare la colazione è eccezionale. Però il punto molto negativo è stata la prenotazione con Expedia che ha stravolto tutto cambiando unilateralmente quanto da me richiesto. Una brutta cosa che la reception dell'hotel ha per fortuna e bravura risolto.

A terrible experience ruined the stay

Overall the room was nice and the hotel is in a good spot right by the sea. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the one of the staff members and it ruined the stay - therefore 1 star. We went to Rimini for the pride parade. It started okay, but unfortunately the temperature dropped and we got very wet. Our friend had a long drive home and was cold so we offered him some of our dry clothes in our room, for the ride. On our way up we were stopped by a staff member and we explained the situation. He did not allow our friend to come to the room to change and get warm - even for a minute. He threw him out of the hotel. I have never experienced anything this heartless and I hope this behaviour will be corrected before any other guests experience the same. Just horrible.
