「非常に快適の一言。オーナーの女性のホスピタリティーがすばらしい。施設は新しく、全てクリーン。自由に食べられるフルーツが共用の部屋においてあり、冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシーンなどがキッチンにある。朝食は徒歩１分のカフェに行くがそこもなかなか良かった。リミニ駅から歩くと15分以上かかるが、駅からのトロリーバスを使えば１駅目でそこからの徒歩時間は５分程度。海岸までも200メートルぐらい。選んで損はありません。」

「Nous avons réservé 2 chambres avec des amis pour le week-end du 21 juin, nous avons été ravis. Hotel très sympa, bien placé par rapport au centre de Rimini et personnel accueillant. Cependant, pensez à bien réserver une place de parking avec la chambre, le stationnement était difficile. Les chambres sont petites mais très bien. Seul problème, elle ne sont pas très bien isolées du bruit.」
