Perfect location to enjoy both Sedona and Flagstaff! Very reasonably priced and easy booking and check in. Very satisfied and highly recommended!!

Weird

Some one obviously stays ajensant to the home or there are critters . There were weird noises starting at 4 am this morning. Sounded like someone dropping something. The place was not that clean considering the 175 cccleaning fee.

Relaxing

Great stay. We thought it was in Sedona ( my bad). It really worked better for us that it wasn’t. We stayed 4 nights. We would have missed the beautiful scenery to all our locations which were within an 30-57 minutes day. One day we did Sedona, the next Old Cottonwood and Jerome, the next day we did Prescott , and the last day we visited Montezuma Wells and Montezuma Castle. FYI: Jerome was the best. The house is a nice , clean , comfortable 2 bedroom house to spend time. It had 2 bedrooms with king size beds. It also has 2 large TVs. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. I do not cook on my vacations, however this kitchen was totally decked out with anything you might need to make your trip more pleasurable . I did use the toaster oven. And the washer and dryer. We enjoyed chilling on the comfortable couches And watching the really large screen tv. . I would highly recommend this house to any of my friends. Jeffery was a great host.

Lake Montezuma area stay

The home is beautiful and well appointed. Easy location to travel to and from. We had difficulty regulating the heat. We set it but after it got to temperature it cycled to cooler air andtbe mornings were chilly. Recommend going into Cottonwood for meals. Jerome was a great visit too. Host was very responsive.
