You want "steps" - this is the place to stay

Fave of three properties I stayed including one near Crash Boat (Borinquen), and one near Sandy Beach. Comfortable, clean and complete unit. Technically a few minute walk to "steps" but is essentially right in back yard. And only a few minute walk to Marina (aka Black Eagle Beach) and from there just a couple more minutes to Balneario Publico de Rincon. Will book here again if available next go round.

Just steps to the beach!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is just across a lawn from my favorite beach in Rincon. Super convenient. Clean. Quiet. Wake up and walk just a short ways to go snorkeling! Only downside was the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. Besides that, awesome!!

Great location near on Tres Palmas beach

Live in Puerto Rico and travell to Rincón and other PR beaches a lot. This place was excellent for our weekend get away with the kids. Very clean cozy apartament located a few steps from Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. Stayed with my spouse and two children and really enjoyed it. Jennifer, the property manager, was responsive to all our inquiries from before booking. The apartment in pasrt of a two story house. It is on the first floor and there is another apartment available on the first floor. The listing stated that the property does not have a/c but both bedrooms had the a/c recently installed. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, coffee maker, full range and oven, pots, pans cooking utensils, etc. Look forward to going back!

Great spot at Tres Palmas

Clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Perfect location with direct beach access and for snorkeling the reef at Steps. Jennifer is great and very helpful. Great experience.
