Lovely spot

Wonderful spot to relax and enjoy Ricon and the people. Secure, outside shower key for sand mgmt, and perfect location to walk everywhere. Thank you!

The apartment is in good location

My only downs was the living air condition doesn’t work however the air conditioning on the rooms are ok, walking distance to the beach, restaurant. Closed to grocery store and closed to the town center. The emergency building is close ( hope never needed), pharmacies, overall the place is recommended. Enjoy.

Sub-par amentities

We were given the check-in instructions right away. However, some of the codes were wrong and we were given the wrong code for the door and had to reach out for the correct one. The first day, we notified the property manager about issues with the A/C and although she responded promptly, there was no follow-up from the owner. We offered to be available for the repair, but the lack of response indicated we shouldn't try to attempt remediation on other issues. Here's what you should expect for this place: * 1 A/C unit with broken remote and only on/off setting (no ability to adjust) * 1 A/C unit with mold that makes loud noises * 3/4 functional beach chairs * only 2 rolls of TP for us 5 guests staying 6 days. * Minimal paper towels, no extra trashbags, no salt/pepper * A fridge that leaks in the kitchen - soaking the rug * shower curtains that fall off the rod and leak onto the shower mats * No wifi - the wifi instructions were listed in the check-OUT paragraph, but didn't exist. * 1 hand towel per bathroom and no kitchen towels The location is awesome, but I believe there are better options in this area and we wouldn't recommend this place.

Mis vacaciones

Muy bonito lugar,bien limpio, comodo, bien localizado,la persona que me atendio fue muy amable, buen parking privado, buen aire acondicionado, buenas camas, bastante amplio. En fin un buen lugar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Yo le doy un 10.

Great location

Can't beat the location across the street from the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants. The only draw back was the condo didn't have any beach towels or any basic condiments like salt/pepper/oil. So just be prepared to bring a few things with you.

Great location

Great location right across from a great beach! Great view from the balcony. There’s nothing better than drinking your coffee from the balcony looking and hearing the ocean.

It could it be better

They change my room. Did not have 2 bathrooms, bathroom dirty, shower curtain broken and dirty and it kept falling down. Washer did not dry. Floor with leftover food. A little desapointment. I did not have the information of the new owner
