Family Vacation

We had a little mishap with this property, but they were very accommodating and put us in another property right away, which is absolutely beautiful. I would totally recommend this. They worked with us and made sure that we were very comfortable.

This place was great! Had everything we needed. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and an ideal location. The house is close to everything. There's restaraunts, coffee shops and a bakery all within a 5-10 minute drive. The plaza is right up the street for the Thursday night art walk. The beach is RIGHT THERE. A short walk (or drive, depending which beach you want to go to). A washer and dryer right on the patio in an enclosed laundry room. It was perfectWe're a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Would definitely stay here again!

Family of 6 Women - Enjoyed Our Stay

Our overall experience was great. When we first checked in every single light was off (inside and outside) so it was very hard to find the house. Once we found it, all of the windows were open and the AC was off, so it took a bit to cool off the house. The pool area was nice but I didn’t realize, there are different units in this home, and if someone is staying in those units, you’d be sharing the pool area. Luckily for us, no one was there during our stay, so we didn’t encounter that, but something to think about. We were there during hurricane Ernesto, and the communication with the villa host was great. We lost power (the generator kicked in for light and fan) and didn’t have air conditioning for a day and a half or so that was tough, but there wasn’t much the host could do. The day after the hurricane, the pool was a mess, and we had to clean it to the best of our ability. I think the host should’ve cleaned it, but they could have been busy with other properties, I’m not sure. Other than that, the house was in a convenient location, relatively clean, and the host had good communication. All in all, we would book this villa again.

Wonderful tropical abode

Our group ,of 2 moms and 4 kiddos, had a fantastic experience at Allison’s. The pool was amazing and it was the highlight of the trip for our young kiddos. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer available on our floor. The town was within walking distance, with lots of choices for restaurants and things to do.

Really great vacation home!

House was true to photos. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for our group. No AC in the main/shared area but 3 very high powered fans to keep air flowing. AC in bedrooms was very nice and efficient. The backyard and pool were beautiful, and we enjoyed some nightly meals on the picnic table and using the gas grill. We had some minor electrical issues throughout the trip, but the property management staff was on top of it, fixing the problems immediately (as they are on site during the day). The only other issue I had was that when we arrived I had to sweep the entire place because it was filled with sand, and there was hair all in the drains of the showers clogging it, which I had to remove. But other than that the place was beautiful and well-kept up! Stocked with tons of towels, extra blankets, and all appliances worked efficiently. The location is close to everything you want to do in Rincon, but in a quiet neighborhood so you feel secluded. We enjoyed our stay here and would come again!

Place was nice, clean, check in was easy, pool was lovely. We didn't read the book for guests the first day and took a longer way to the beach. But beach is really 5 min walking away. They have snorkeling equipment and beach chairs available for guests and kitchen had everything we needed. Rincon overall is very nice. We would stay there again.

Quiet, clean, close to Steps Beach (5 min walk). Pool and it’s surroundings were very peaceful and hammocks comfortable! Room AC units cool off rooms quickly upon returning to house - comfortable sleeping arrangements. Used beach towels, chairs, cooler, and snorkeling gear everyday - thanks!

We had a great stay at this beautiful vacation rental. The property was clean, had a great pool in the backyard, and in walking distance to Steps beach, which was great for snorkeling. Everything you need

The house is very comfortable and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed the pool nearly everyday and had access to great beaches, restaurants and stores nearby. Everyone in our group enjoyed the house and would love to come back to it.

Unit 03 was awesome, love the pool. Although we share it other apartments guests, there was space for all. The pool is located at the back of the building, so if you want to go to the bathroom, you need to go up the hill back to your unit.

Effortless

Our stay in Rincon was simply effortless. The communication with the owner was precise and seamless. The location was perfect. My only complaint is that, of no control or fault of the owner, the house next door is so dirty and dingy that as we were driving by looking for the house our hearts dropped a bit thinking that might be the house we rented. However, other than being an eye sore it didn’t affect our stay. The house was stocked with snorkel gear, towels and as a gift from above a hair dryer!! The beds were a dream. Beautiful home excellent for a family or a few couples. I definitely plan on coming back!
