It’s a nice hotel with a big room and overall clean. The pool was nice although the hot tub wasn’t clean when I wanted to use it. My room was pretty dark and the bathroom and the sheets could have used an upgrade. Also there were so many mosquitoes, maybe they can consider putting in mosquito repellent or refilling it. Also the fridge was set too low and it froze all my food.

We truly enjoyed our stay with the beautiful surroundings and being close to local attractions. Would have appreciated the full details of all the flights of stairs and no handicap options to get to our room. We would stay again if it weren't for the stairs.

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en este parador. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el ambiente fue acogedor y el personal extremadamente atento y amable. Las instalaciones estaban impecables y muy bien cuidadas, perfectas para relajarse y desconectarse. I stayed with my family overnight. Pros: It’s quiet and relaxing. It’s just minutes from the Rincón town square and the beach. Hot shower. Good A/C. Nice view. Cons: The bar was closed the entire time during our stay. To get anywhere on the property, you have to use stairs. The smell from the plug-in in the room became annoying after a while. The beds are uncomfortable.

This was a lovely hotel. There were a lot of steps, not a problem for me. Parking was ok. Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses or replenish toilet paper, we had to go to desk to request. As well as pool towels that we left on the floor after 3 days, they just hung them up. Desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has so much potential, however no pool bar/cafe operating, which would have been convenient for lunch. The Thai restaurant that was open for dinner was fantastic. We had a terrace room with plenty of space, a chase or 2 would have been nice to use the space more.

La habitación seleccionada era una standard de una sola cama. Al llegar me asignaron una habitación de dos camas. Ese mismo día le escribí al manager en turno PM con la incomodidad y su respuesta fue que no trabajaba con las reservaciones. Aunque en la mañana, Gabriela fue muy amable lo único que quedaba era una habitación de una cama Full. Segundo el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba, tumbaba por momentos y si deseaba tener el abanico para que ventilara un poco más la luz se quedaba encendida. Fueron dos noches en las que realmente mi pareja y yo pasamos calor. Mi intención no es hospedarme en un lugar para pasar por alguna necesidad. Además parece que en los fines de semana hay muy poco personal en el “hotel”. Aunque resalto muy el servicio al cliente por parte de Gabriela.

The property is at a nice location, there's restaurants within walking distance and lots of parking. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Our room had several little things that needed fixing missing tiles in the shower, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the left balcony sliding door wouldn't lock and the closet doors would come of the rail every time we opened it to access the little fridge. Maintenance needs to be better. Overall though we rented four rooms and the experience was nice and we had fun so we've definitely stay here again. The bar is closed on account of personnel shortages but they do have a restaurants on site that sells drinks.
