Excellent host! Beautiful villa and surroundings. If something to improve would be the activation of the safe box but I did not care much since the property was very safe, secure with guards patrolling at night. This is a 10 star property!!!

Gorgeous place - only problem was mildew smell

This place is absolutely gorgeous and EXACTLY as pictured. The only problem was there is an overwhelming mildew smell and we could see noticeable water damage from the windows and doors. When we reported it, we were told the windows and doors are being replaced, which we think may address the problem. We were disappointed as I'm highly allergic, and were offered a full refund if we wanted to relocate. But available options were limited and, in the end, we found the upstairs was OK as long as the A/C was on - so we decided to stay. I just avoided the first floor and we kept the doors closed when outside (as we could smell the mildew when the doors were open from the dipping pool). Regardless of that issue, we very much enjoyed the place. It is really beautiful.

Adult Only Get Away

We chose this property because we were traveling without kids and needed something for just us. The Good: The location was perfect, 15 minutes to many beaches, food, and activities. Lots to do within two hours since we rented a car. The villa was perfect for us two, just enough kitchen for the basics. Wonderful view of the ocean and nice private pool. Community pool is a nice touch, also has a great view of the ocean. Comfortable furniture, bathroom, and decorations. The Not So Good: A pack of cats like to roam the property, usually wasn’t a big deal until they come up to the back door or follow you to your villa looking for food. The hotel next door is shut down so you can’t use their restaurant or pool. The beach is nice to look at but not really swimmable. Lots of big flies in the area so you can only leave the windows open for a bit. A bit dusty and dirty behind the not so commonly cleaned areas. Overall it was a good choice, we enjoyed our week in Puerto Rico. I like that everything was within driving range and has a good mix of tourists/ local flavor.

17 year anniversary vacation

Love love loved our stay! The property was charming, quaint, and completely what we wanted. Secluded from the hustle bustle of the main areas, but close enough for a quick drive to eat or shop. So many amazing beaches in the area, but don’t forget about the small, but private one right on property. We made so many beautiful memories at this amazing villa. Book it!

Perfect getaway for two

We loved our stay in Rincon, PR with only a short distance to grocery stores, place to eat and beaches. We spent a whole day in our condo just in the plunge pool! I can’t wait to return, thank you for providing a great stay for our honeymoon!

Paradise

My wife and I just returned from a two night stay and could not be happier. On Thursday we were able to check in a little early and to our surprise were the only guests staying that night at the resort. It was spectacular. Safe, clean beautiful and quiet. We will be back soon.
