里約熱內盧聖康拉多酒店住宿推介

「This hotel was fantastic! Breakfast buffet is elaborate, room service food was very good with 24 hour availability. We arrived at 2am and were able to order from a full menu! Bar cocktails were excellent. Spa was exceptional with reasonable prices! Beach is beautiful and safe. I can’t wait to go back!」

「Experiência incrível, lugar aconchegante e confortável. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.」

「LA UBICACION ES FORMIDABLE Y LAS HABITACIONES ESTAN MUY PERO MUY BONITAS」

「This hotel is a scam, I checked with the manager to confirm that I would get a refund for checking out early, but I didn't. Don't trust them!!!」

「Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!」

「best location in the beach, but need renovation」

「Bad service, book 3 days, after one day need I register again, and the servicer couldn’t understand my word. Bad bad bad hotel, never go again」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「Nice place」

「great staff! very good location with excellent restaurants nearby and the beach right in front. Received upgrade due to my expedia status and frequent visits to this same hotel.」

「The only reason I’ve given this hotel more than one star is the woman with red and black braids. She was excellent and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, everyone else seemed completely uninterested. Staff regularly walked past while you were waiting for help. Reception often felt more like a hangout, with groups of young guys standing around chatting, smiling and winking at guests rather than actually helping them. Room service didn’t answer the phone, so I went downstairs to order in person...
