It was a good hotel for the price. The walls were really thin though and you could hear everything going on around you. Not a super great location, didn’t really feel safe just walking out of the door and down the street.

I’ve stayed in several hotels in Rio, but Rede Andrade was disappointing. Linens, towels were really old, with stains barely having holes on them. Toilet paper was really poor quality too - I had to buy new ones for me. Hotel doesn’t have good TV reception. When there was one, the image and sound was pretty bad. My room was also noisy and black out curtains didn’t really block the sun. Although the hotel staff was great and was always friendly and helpful, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Funcionários super atenciosos, só deixa a desejar as camareiras que sao extremamente grossas e não fazem as suas devidas funções, em meu penúltimo dia de estadia 2 camareiras bateram na porta do meu quarto ás 16:23 para perguntar se eu desejava limpeza de quarto, onde prontamente respondi que sim, mas segundo elas não poderiam mais limpar pois o horario era até as 16:30 e que se eu quisesse pedisse roupas de cama e banho na recepção ???, oque não faz sentido nenhuma pois passamos toda manha/ inicio de tarde fora do hotel e nenhuma delas foi limpar o quarto, enfim fomos prejudicados pela falta de comprometimento e responsabilidades da mesmas ! ( um outro ponto que deve-se melhorar é as toalhas pois as mesmas são velhas e bem usadas )

Já foi bom, está ruim

Frequento a unidade desde que era Go Inn, mas percebi que caiu muito a qualidade do serviço, até mesmo em relação ao período pós nova administração, com a Rede Andrade. Estive outras duas vezes, já sob a administração da Rede Andrade e o serviço era mellhor, mas não pretendo voltar, pois há outros hoteis ou aluguel de apartamento pelo mesmo valor e com serviço melhor. O quarto é pequeno e a com cheiro de mofo. As toalhas (ainda da época do Go Inn) estão ralas e transparentes, mal secam. Roupa de cama, péssima, travesseiro mofado e super fino, colchão nada confortável. Café da manhã sem variedade e super apertado. Para o meu espanto, tinha uma fila fora do salão do café da manhã, super desagradável, parecia a fila do sopão para pedintes. Atendimento, tirando o da recepção, muito ruim. O rapaz e a moça que anotam quem já tomou café da manhã são super mal humorados (ótimo começar o dia com gente assim, só que não). Já recomendei esse hotel em outras avaliações, não recomendo mais. Há outros melhores na região por igual valor
