Beyond Unacceptable

This is right in the middle of Lapa party district and for $30 for a Friday night during Carnival, I appreciate that it is cheap, however, some things are just completely unacceptable. When I checked into my room which the cleaners were just leaving I found a good sized room with fridge, twin beds, a wardrobe and TV and a good sized bathroom. However, the sink and co. had not be cleaned and contained male fluid stains en-masse. Both looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and the floor was also filthy. The bed sheet contained a hand sewn rip too (I mean... seriously?). The shower was very good though I know for sure that everything was beyond filthy. The pillows stank. With such an attitude to hoarding old or broken appliances and linen etc. you can be sure that everything is unsanitary. Aside from that stated above all the staff were really nice, but....that doesn't make up for what I saw.

PÉSSIMO!!!!!!!

Péssimo!!! O HOTEL NÃO TINHA ÁGUA!!! Chegamos cansados, querendo um banho e quando fui abrir o chuveiro, cadê a água!! fizemos uma reclamação na recepção e ficamos aguardando retorno o que não tivemos, fomos dormir sem banho e sem resposta. Quando acordamos o problema da falta de água não tinha sido resolvido, fui novamente na recepção e a atendente simplesmente disse que não tinha água e nem previsão para resolver o problema. Resultado, sai do hotel sem nem conseguir escovar os dentes. Fica um alerta para o APP HOTEL.com, hotéis vendendo diárias sem condições mínimas de funcionamento, pq eu entendo que água é um item essencial para o funcionamento de um estabelecimento.

Horrível. Aquele lugar não pode ser classificado como hotel. Não a menor condição de dignidade que mereça ser pago. É tudo quebrado ou improvisado. Não correspondia às fotos expostas no site. Parece um lugar abandonado e invadido. Me senti um lixo em ter que usar aquele lugar. Não tem o mínimo de dignidade. É tudo cheio de mofo, fedido, paredes sujas, portas quebradas, mesa lascada, cadeira com forro rasgado, colchão e travesseiros velhos, moles e fedidos. A coberta estava suja. Por favor, excluam este lugar do seu catálogo de habitações. A única coisa positiva foram os funcionários que são gentis e ficam ouvindo reclamações de TODOS os hóspedes pacientemente.

Quarto péssimo, boa localização

Quando fiz a seleção do quarto aparecia quartos com sacada e/ou quartos organizado e bonitinhos. Cheguei tarde e parece que deram o quarto que nem deve ser utilizado.. tinha um cheiro forte, não tinha nenhuma foto daquele quarto no site. O cofre, frigobar e outros itens enferrujados “caindo aos pedaços”, cadeira com um furo nela. A mesa que era para ser uma mesa de trabalho ficava atrás da porta em um espaço minusco. quando cheguei e vi eu perguntei oq havia acontecido pois não tinha sido aquele quarto que eu tinha pago. Elas informaram que era disponibilizados conforme chegavam os hóspedes e que se quiséssemos mudar para um melhor apenas no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte fomos no outro quarto, mais organizado, mais bonitinho, não havia cheiro de mofo, as coisas pareciam até mais limpas. Como iríamos ficar apenas sábado e domingo e o quarto foi disponibilizado domingo à tarde não fez sentido nós migrarmos todas as nossas coisas para o outro quarto. Mas assim, tirando a localização minha experiência foi horrível! O quarto que nos deram foi ridículo, sendo bem honesta!
