The property looks pretty old but it’s ok staff was nice breakfast is the same thing every day they should change it. I read some reviews that said that there is no hot water but there was overall I can’t complain.

El edificio es muy viejo los ascensores se traban El agua de la pileta en la terraza estaba verde El desayuno es muy pobre, sin maquina para tostar si quiera, ni medialunas El inodoro pierde y se escucha la gotita caer toda la noche El bidet no se puede elegir la canilla para lluvia o para limpieza, sale por los dos lados, no sirve ninguna Las toallas las cambian cada 2 días para "preservar el medio ambiente" La rejilla de la ducha se salía El blackout se salía Las tarjetas de ingreso se desmagnetizan de la nada El wifi es horrible, lento y se cae a cada rato La televisión solo tiene canales de aire Se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones linderas Si pueden evitar este hotel, se hacen un favor, no creo que vaya a cambiar para nada

Mi experiencia vivida durante mi estadía en su hotel, lamentablemente, el servicio recibido estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado: La habitación nunca fue limpiada durante mi permanencia. La caja fuerte se encontraba dañada e inutilizable. Las instalaciones de la habitación eran antiguas y poco confortables. El desayuno fue repetitivo, exactamente el mismo todos los días. En cuanto a la piscina, se nos informó que el horario de uso era hasta las 20h30; sin embargo, a las 19h00 apagaron las luces sin previo aviso. Al día siguiente, al exigir una explicación, nos indicaron que se encontraba cerrada por mantenimiento, lo cual no fue comunicado oportunamente. Todos estos inconvenientes generaron una experiencia insatisfactoria y decepcionante, conociendo que son un hotel de 4 estrellas.

O hotel tem pouca variedade no café da manhã, são poucas opções. O quarto estava com a maçaneta soltando, banheiro e exaustor com muito mofo, o box estava vazando e molhando bastante o banheiro, a noite a água da ducha não esquentava.

La ubicacion caminando 5 minutos estas en la playa copacabana y del centro comercial, Lo que no nos gusto fue que no hay tv de cable solo canales locales y muy pocos El desayuno nada variado todos los dias dan lo mismo Instalaciones ya viejas ,se nos descompuso el baño y no tienen personal de mantenimiento las 24 horas

SE PUDEREM, PASSEM BEM LONGE DESSE LUGAR

O único ponto que nem vou dizer bom, mas razoavel é a localização, pois fica a apenas algumas quadras da praia. No mais, não recomendo fortemente nenhuma ida a esse lugar. Pelo preco, eu fui com expectativa bem baixa e olhem que mesmo com a pior das expectativas não esperava que fosse ser tão ruim e tão pior do que havia imaginaro. Se puderem, passem longe!! Caso queiram pagar pra ver, depois só não digam que não avisei.

Bom, mas precisa de atenção.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a diversos barzinhos, comércios, shopping Rio Sul, e Orla de Copacabana. Possui uma estrutura um pouco antiga e precisa de alguns ajustes. Fiquei três diarias no hotel e neste período estava bem cheio, boa deles, eram estrangeiros. Os funcionários muito solicitos e cordiais. O elevador durante o café da manhã é bem congestionado.O café manhã tem o necessário e suficiente, e achei bom. Nestes três dias, embora o quarto tenha sido arrumado, não ocorreram troca das toalhas. O colchão de mola, achei desconfortável por balançar e fazer barulhos ao se movimentar na cama, tive problemas pra dormir na primeira noite. O quarto que fiquei, é de frente para Avenida Princesa Isabel, e merecia um isolamento acústico melhor nas janelas. Muito barulho de trânsito durante a madrugada. O chuveiro em determinados momentos não esquentava direito, e o teto estafa com pontos de mofo. Ar gelando direitinho. Durante a estadia, achei uma barata no box, talvez seja um alerta para uma dedetização. Ocorreu um consideravel desconto indevido no meu cartão de crédito antes da minha chegada no hotel, o que foi resolvido na hora da realização do check-in no Hotel. E pra terminar, o estacionamento é cobrado diaria a parte.

Péssimo Hotel, experiência horrível!

O hotel não possui estacionamento, ao chegar no hotel fui informado que possuem apenas 20 vagas. Funcionários sem cortesia alguma no atendimento, apenas 2 elevadores para 11 andares com vários quartos cada, o que demora muito para utilizar. quartos em péssimos estados de conservação e higiene, camas com lençóis rasgados, travesseiros duros e muito altos, cobertores eram apenas mantas muito velhas e duras. O chuveiro após as 18h quase não esquentava, as toalhas eram ásperas, duras e velhas. O café é péssimo, não há mesa para tantas pessoas, sendo necessário esperar, café parecia um chá, o suco era de pacotinho. A internet no quarto não funciona, televisores apenas com canais abertos. Teve dias que não limparam o quarto e para trocar a toalha e recolocar papel higiênico era necessário solicitar na recepção. No geral foi uma péssimo experiência, todos os ambientes são velhos e sem manutenção adequada, não condiz com um hotel quatro estrelas.

O hotel cumpre muito bem a função, já que os quartos estão em bom estado, oferece um café da manhã condizente com o preço das diárias. A localização é boa, perto de shoppings, pontos turísticos famosos, tem mercados, restaurantes e etc perto. Fica devendo só uma condição melhor dos corredores e o restaurante também precisa de cadeiras e mesas melhores. No geral, você não vai encontrar melhor por este preço.

Infelizmente o atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar.Tentei negociar algumas horas excedentes para minha permanencia até o momento do voo sem sucesso.Acredito que o hotel poderia ter sido mais gentil. Faz- se necessário a limpeza do vidros , box de banheiros e tetos .

O Hotel estava super lotado, elevadores sempre cheio, estávamos no 5º andar e por várias vezes tivemos que utilizar as escadas. No segundo dia chegamos para o café da manhã as 9:30h, não tinha mais mesas e poucos itens disponíveis para se servir e até as 10h não houve reposição, ao contrário, retiraram o as garrafas de café, leite, não havia mais sucos, ovos mexidos, nada foi reposto. Quando esvaziou uma mesa nós mesmos que tivemos que limpá-la para poder utilizar. Não havia também quem limpasse o chão durante o café, pois havia vários itens espalhados

Atlantico Star was a convenient hotel to stay in the copacabana zone. It was a functional hotel where everything feels old, but still works very good. The place definitily needs an upgrade to more moderns facilities becausa it has a good potencial. Instead this, i do not have anyproblem with my stay and the price payed was less than other hotels in the area.
