My arrival check In was very slow and nobody to take my luggages to my room. Breakfast very average nothing special. Bathroom is very small and sheets not very clean. I was expecting something a lot better. Sometimes it is better to pay more and have better service and room.

Quite large room but outdated interior.

The room was ample for a hotel in this area and valor. The room and especially the bathroom room appeared very clean. However as it is an outdated interior it doesn't feel 100% clean. The pillows were horrible, the bed was OK. What was really annoying is the poor sound isolation. You can hear your neighbors talk like they are in your room. Breakfast was good. Nothing special, but it had all the standard stuff you would expect and it tasted good.

Pillows are thin. Window in the room was open when I checked in and there were a few bugs in the room. There was a shirt from the previous guest left in the closet. Sand on the floor and on the top shelf inside the closet. Spider web on ceiling by the bed. USB port does not work. And the worse was I witnessed a lady who probably works for the hotel accusing one of the bell staff of charging guests 150 reais to deliver their luggage. She was cursing and being rude right there, in the middle of the lobby.

Hotel entspricht einem 3 Sterne Hotel. Große Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Ausser Seife Shampoo und conditioner gibt es 2 Pappbecher die in 19 Tagen nicht ersetzt wurden. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht einem Hotel mit 4 Sternen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

O hotel não foi o esperado. Café da manhã fraco. No quarto não tinha apoio para mala. O pior de tudo foi o ar condicionado precário, pois, mesmo após a manutenção ter ido verificar o motivo de não estar esfriando, nada foi resolvido. Pagamos caro para não termos conforto.

O pessoal da recepção é extrememente solícito. Os manobristas são prestativos. O café da manhã é muito bom, com alimentos frescos e bem feitos. A única ressalva é quanto a qualidade do sinal de Wi-Fi, que é instável.

Não vá quando a temperatura estiver alta no Rio

Ar-condicionado péssimo. Depois da primeira noite, pedi para trocar de quarto. Disseram que chamariam a manutenção, mas já revelaram que o ar-condicionado é um sistema central que não permite diminuir a temperatura individualmente no quarto. Depois da segunda noite, tendo acordado com a camisa molhada de suor, pedi novamente para trocar de quarto. Desta vez, atenderam, mas não serviu para nada. O ar-condicionado continuava incapaz de resfriar o quarto, mostrando uma temperatura entre 27 e 29 graus. Como não devolveriam o pagamento, me conformei. O quarto é bem antigo e precisa de uma boa reforma. Do chuveiro saiu um fino fio de água. O café da manhã é razoável.
