One of the apartments has four bedroom three bath and the other one has two bedroom one bath they come with a full kitchen, refrigerator, hot water, stove, refrigerator everything the elevator was working last time. I was here but not this time but the owner is very friendly, and he did make his point of coming to visit me and to make sure that...

「The room was spacious and clean and modernly decorated. Everything was very good with the exception of the fact that the room had no fan or a/c and it was warm in Loja and as a consequence was the room temperature was high and it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit in. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.」

「Yes, all room amenities were perfect. However, on the fourth floor above me, the owners had a dog that they allow on the balcony that literally bark much of the night, so my sleep was invaded. Also, it was Carnival and they were yelling and screaming part of the night from a balcony. But the breakfast was very good and they had plenty of coffee. I will stay again but probably not during Carnival.」
