"Very clean with great custodial staff. Hot water was broken most of my stay, ruining the point of paying extra for jetted tub. Wifi constantly needing me to sign in and taking a long time to authenticate was annoying. Breakfast was bad, but the pool side restaurant was great."

"There were a few issues with the rental #304. The refrigerator was not working. We managed by, but frankly it is unacceptable. The housekeeper should had noticed and reported to get it fixed. The door lock is close to break as well. Sometimes locks, sometimes not. And the shower door handle was missing. ..."
