Wonderful view

Very nice place with a surrounding terrace with wonderful view on the sea. Just 3-5 min. walk to the beach and a few more to town. The kitchen could need a bigger/better pan and a little bit more equipment for example for cleaning. For a famlily with 2 children the appartment was big enough. We had a nice time.

Tolle Lage, schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Positive zuerst: Das Haus hat eine wirklich tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer aus allen Zimmern und allen Terrassen. Zu Fuß kann man das Zentrum von Rio Marina in 10 Minuten erreichen, in 5 Minuten eine kleine, sehr schöne Badebucht. Negativ war leider die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, der Zustand der Ausstattung und die Problemlösung. Schon nach der Buchung gab es das erste Problem beim Bestellen von Wäschepaketen. Auf meine Anfrage habe ich über Monate keine Antwort erhalten (Bestätigung erst kurz vor Anreise). Nach dem unkomplizierten Check-In per WhatsApp gab es auf Rückfragen erst Antworten nach mehreren Tagen Verzögerung und in einer Art, mit der wir die Probleme nicht lösen konnten. Wir reklamierten den Ausfall des Kochfelds, den Ausfall des Warmwassers und den Ausfall des WLANs. Das Warmwasser hatten wir versehentlich durch eine Art Lichtschalter im Bad deaktiviert (war nicht beschriftet, Lösung haben wir erst nach 3 Tagen erhalten), beim Kochfeld wurde behauptet, es würde funktionieren, da es neu sei (wir sollten den Strom abdrehen, haben aber nicht erfahren, wo die Sicherungen sein sollen) und zum WLAN hat sich gar niemand geäußert. Das Haus ist insgesamt ok von der Ausstattung, aber die Küche ist schon sehr lieblos gestaltet, z. B. wenig/ altes Geschirr/ Besteck. Infos zur Müllentsorgung nur auf Italienisch, erforderliche spezielle Müllbeutel waren nicht vor Ort. Türen klemmen und eine Außentür lässt sich nicht absperren. Insgesamt sehr verbesserungsbedürftig!
