Called the number in the booking for help with Ju booking, the lady was extremely accommodating and it was a great process. Thank you!”

“The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. Just kind of……

“The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated. One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. “The room was ok. Air conditioner worked well. The bathroom needs upgrading and there was no hot water for showering. I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to……

“We had the best time ever at La Casita de Mami! The house was absolutely perfect—it truly felt like a real 'casita de mami.' She had everything you could possibly think of, making it feel just like you were staying at your own mom's house. The home has such a warm, welcoming feeling that the whole family thoroughly enjoyed. Our host, Carmen, was absolutely amazing! She was so quick to answer all of my questions and even followed up to make sure we arrived safe and sound. Love that woman! Between……
