Lazer ótimo estadia deixa a desejar.

A área de lazer é encantadora e bem cuidada. Mas o flat e as áreas internas do mesmo estão muito mal cuidadas, sujas e desleixadas.

O Rio é maravilhoso!!!

O empreendimento é muito bom, boas piscinas, mas o troféu é do Rio Quente. Nunca mais me hospedarei em Caldas Novas, somente no Thermas Paradise. Porém, o flat não ter um fósforo e um tapete no banheiro é muito desconfortável.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia, o flat correspondeu ao combinado com a descrição, a negociação foi tranquila com o proprietário . O Hotel Thermas é um dos melhores de Rio Quente, bem localizado, gostamos muito da área de lazer, ótimo para relaxar, as piscinas, o rio que corre atrás do hotel, funcionários super atenciosos, hotel limpo e organizado. Recomendamos. Nota 10!

Avalio o atendimento da Vivian, perfeito, foi muito prestativa desde o primeiro momento até o final do mesmo, se prontificou nas duvidas que tive, cheguei na recepção o nome não estava na lista, a atendente logo buscou uma forma de resolver, os demais funcionários são todos prestativos e estão de parabéns, entramos no apartamento estava limpo, foi muito tranquilo a nossa estadia e pretendemos voltar em breve. Surpresa muito agradável

Vi este imóvel no aluguetemporada e fiquei um pouco apreensiva em relação à última avaliação de cliente, mas resolvi arriscar. No contato que fiz com a proprietária senti segurança e resolvi fechar. Foi uma surpresa muito agradável, o apartamento estava muito organizado, os 2 quartos estavam com ar condicionado, o filtro de água foi substituído, instalações confortáveis, o apartamento possui DVD e até TV por assinatura (SKY)... um luxo, adorei...rsrs Sobre a área de lazer, ela é fantástica, eles ainda estão reformando a área das piscinas que ficará melhor ainda. Não vejo a hora de voltar novamente!!

Propaganda enganosa

Imóvel em péssimo estado: 1. ventilador da sala quebrado há muito tempo (informações da recepção e manutenção), 2. ventilador do quarto 1 quebrado também (moral da história: tive que colocar sete pessoas num único quarto com ar condicionado) 3. Liquidificador quebrado 4. Bebedouro elétrico (que consta na foto) também quebrado 5. Até mesmo a garrafa dágua estava furada, e encheu a geladeira e cozinha dágua A proprietária se negava a atender o telefone, e nada fez para melhorar a situação pelo menos dos ventiladores. Propus o cancelamento do compromisso já no primeiro dia, mas ela se negou a devolver o dinheiro. O condomínio é ótimo, mas procurem negociar com outros proprietários. Vocês podem determinar o adjetivo a este tipo de "profissional" que engana as pessoas e não aceita cancelar o compromisso. NÃO SEJAM ENGANADOS COMO EU FUI.

Momentos maravilhosos passamos no Thermas Paradise...estrutura do condomínio perfeita, acesso ao Rio Quente é tudo de bom, o apto então super organizado e aconchegante.
