「The place was perfect for what we needed. Right by the Mercyhurst campus. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. We don’t use the laundry room but it was good to know it was there.」

「House is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Located on a dead end street, we didn't see another vehicle all week. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Spacious backyard for games and outside fun. We already rebooked for next year and are looking forward to our next stay!」

「We had a wonderful stay at Ethan’s place. Absolutely gorgeous views and the house is so comfortable you don’t want to leave. So nice sitting on the deck watching the eagles fly by. We will definitely be back for another stay hopefully soon.A」

「The house fit our needs. I cant review things we didnt use. We didnt sit on upper balcony, we didnt use laundry, grill, or games or fireplace. The firepit is huge and has no direct neighbors on that side. I didnt pay attention to the fact that there was no central air and so the ladies in their 40s didnt love that. Theres no ac unit in the master bedroom or upstairs bedroom with loft. Other rooms have window units. The upper level bedroom isnt pictured but was a nice surprise with a big bed!...

「We had such a wonderful stay at this lake house! It was the perfect spot for our family’s first trip with our new baby, and it was so special that we could bring our dogs along too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the lake. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Very nice house, quiet and safe neighborhood, and the home has been beautifully remodeled - it was also exceptionally clean. Very well equipted kitchen. And all bathrooms and bedrooms are stocked with nice linens, towels and blankets.AC units in all rooms worked well, except in the game room (3rd floor) - the AC and the pacman game didn't work. But that didn't impact our happiness with our stay at all!We came up for family/homecoming weekend for Gannon University as we have a freshman there. ...

「Scott said Stacey were exceptional hosts. Very friendly and so helpful showing their house and answering any questions we had. Their house was beautiful and sparkling clean! Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! There are a lot of steps so you need to take that in consideration. Very close to shops, casino,beaches, and restaurants . I would highly recommend this house!」

「We had a great time at this location on Chautauqua Lake. Plenty of room, great size kitchen, eating area, and family room for all to gather. Everything was updated and very well kept. Also, very convenient to be able to dock our boat right at the property for easy lake access. Plenty of parking. Overall, an excellent time. Thank you 」
