“Room wasn’t ready when arrived at check in and when I came back received a handicap room by the elevator. Why would you give someone a handicap room unless requested and not tell them upon check in. There for four days saw house cleaning once. So if you don’t clean often, why are rooms not available. Improvements are needed for the $$.”

They were short staffed the pool was closed, our bathroom needed help, rust in the sink and floors, cigarette butts all over outside, my friend and I wanted to stay and help her out!!!!! So sad, otherwise a beautiful place , has so much potential!!!! The store next was adorable!!! Pizza was awesome!!!!!”

“Our stay was satisfactory. The room could have been cleaner- there was debris on the rug near the bed and hair on the shower wall...things that are simple checks so it makes you question other shortcuts. The fitted bedsheets were too small for the beds so they shifted all night. The snack bar was nice but they didn't have bottled water left, which, in a hotel with heavily chlorinated public water that tastes awful, would be a nice thing to keep stocked. Again, some easy fixes that matter for……
