"Perfect location and a welcome respite after a day in Capital Reef (and 2 previous nights “glamping”). Nice property and amenities, enjoyed saying hello to the horse located on the other side of the fence by the rock garden."

"Everything was fine except I was expecting the restaurant to be open. I enjoyed walking around the property looking at the Mountain View’s."

"No hot water on the first night stay and the maintenance guy said it was probably due to over use by other guests. Then it happened again on the second night. After long days of hiking it would have been bice to have a hot shower. Also the rooms were clean but outdated"

"Jamal and his help and insight were the one good thing about this location. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a smoke free property. The pool was overfilled which caused an extremely unsafe flooding situation and there was rarely anyone around to talk to, you had to call someone that was apparently offsite. There was remodeling occurring while we were there but instead of cleaning up at the end of shift, everything was just left in the hallway. I would not stay at this location again."

"Gil and Flora were awesome hosts, and the house was perfect for our family. With it being February, we were inside a little more, but the horses and goats are awesome to have so close. Family space was perfect, and we loved having dinners and hangout time together in a comfortable place. We will be back for sure and maybe even in the off-season again, as Capitol Reef Park is less busy, and the hiking was great."
