"My best friend and I stayed here for a few days for the BTS concert. First thing that happened was I realized I left my ID all the way back home, which was such a bummer. I don't know her name, but the kind woman working the night shift was the absolute best! She was so nice and went out of her way to help by scanning a picture of my passport..I fully expected to be turned away, but she took care of us. She was so sweet, and I even overheard her helping another guest about how to get around in Baltimore for the concert, too. It was my first time in Baltimore and I'm not from the area, but I felt really safe in this hotel. All the staff members are super friendly and greet you in the morning. We were on one of the upper floors, and our room was pretty clean, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. It was pretty quiet for the most part, too. You honestly can't beat this place for the price! We mostly took Ubers everywhere so I can't say much about the immediate neighborhood, but overall it’s a great hotel with amazing staff and perfect if you're in town for a concert."
