"I had good communication with the owner but admit was disappointed by the over all experience. For such a high cleaning fee, I did not expect to have to make the beds when I arrived, but did find it was in the fine print. The house is in decent condition, but having the furniture all covered with furniture blankets made it feel cheap. The heating was erratic(hot upstairs and cold down), and I was awakened one night with water noises, which turned out to be a flushing of the water system right...

"We had a relaxing stay. The park was very peaceful. Enjoyed the evenings on the porch looking at the lovely pond. Close to Lake Champlain boat ramps where we enjoyed fishing. Looking forward to another stay in the future."

"We had a large-ish group for my son's graduation from Middlebury College and could not have asked for a nicer host or place. The upstairs/main floor is really so much cooler even than the photos portray. You feel like you are out in the field with huge windows in every room. The basement is dark and cool and very flexible bed and roomwise. Everyone felt very comfortable and well cared for. With antiques, unique collectibles, and interesting artifacts that were placed to be aesthetic to the eye. "Location was great. The house was just ok. Pictures are way better than the property. The house just didn't feel clean. Ownership ask you to remove your shoes. But dirt sticks to your bare feet, a lot of it. There was an old hard brownie on top of the refrigerator left behind. Coffee is from the 70's and sad. One tv in the whole house had to move it from room to room. Laundry room half bath is the best . Both full baths are very very dated. And the shower in one is not even useable. It would not...

"We attended a wedding at the mountain and this was a perfect place for our group of 10. 1 Mile from the mountain. Nice little store for coffee, groceries, sandwiches between the condo and the mountain so you do not need to run all the way into town. Would stay here again, for sure."
