「I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...

「The view is anazing. Everything else is not so good. This is the 4th and last visit. It has been getting worse and worse. I had to buy Detol and cloths to clean the bathroom, it smelt mouldy. The 2 boys tried to be helpful but the hotel is being run down. They have outsourced the food so you cant just buy Chi. You have to buy food with it and on Tuesday they wanted me to break my fast so I could have Chi. Very sad.」

「Property is beautifully located on the river front with river views from the room and relatively quiet surroundings. Staff was friendly, my big disappointment was rooms were not sound proof, so could clearly hear people talking and kids crying in the other room as if it was happening in my room.」
