We had a few issues with the apartment, but they were handled in a very professional and constructive way. The host was open, communicative, and genuinely interested in improving things. Because of that, I’m happy to give an overall above-average rating.

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung entäuscht. So was hatten wir seit wir in Italien Urlaub machen noch nie.Die Fotos waren leider mit Filterrn bearbeitet. Das Wohnzimmer war dunkel,nicht hell und freundlich, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir mußten die Rollläden halb unten lassen,damit keiner ins Zimmer guckt,da Gardinen oder Rollos gefehlt haben. Wir haben uns am ersten Tag auch beschwert...auch mit Fotos,das die Toilette verdreckt ist und die Dusche voller Schimmel ist. Es gab aber keine Reaktion,zwecks Preisnachlass.Also wir sind nicht kleinlich,aber die fast 1000 waren es nicht wert. Wir hoffen ja,das sich dazu noch jemand meldet.
