Villa spaziosa e molto fresca in estate. Primo piano tutto ottimo. Ottime zanzariere dappertutto. Odore nel pianterreno. Armadi in cucina dovrebbero essere rinnovati o almeno puliti in modo intenso. Prezzo abbastanza alto.
