“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia. This was hearwarming. To George, we appreacited the late morning ferries across to the resort and Ricky the best boat ferry captain. We enjoyed your stories along the short trips. The resort is lovely, serene and breathtaking. Well definitely recommend and stay again.”

“I decided to stay here based on other reviews, and I am glad I did. The beach was nice and long for a good walk, swimming and doing exercises in the ocean was amazing, all sand (no rocks), very gradual slope getting into ocean, room was great, bed was great, linens were top quality, staff were very friendly, the little restaurant had good options for meals, great massages. will definitely stay here again”

“All of the staff, food, amenities and other activities were amazing. The only issue we had was taxi’s being late, otherwise very easy to schedule everything through concierge. ”

“The staff were amazing!!!! Loved the continental breakfast. The shuttle made it easy to visit Soufrière. A special thanks to GAVIN, our taxie driver and our guide. He gave us a true feeling of the Caribbean. When we first arrived, we thought maybe we made a mistake by going to Soufrière but no, we enjoyed every minute. Don’t let all the stairs square you. It was doable and very unique. ”

“The Staff made our stay. Everybody appeared genuinely pleased that we were there, wanted to know of any issues and wanted to ensure that we had a good time. A special shout-out to Jafree for helping us have a great time. We went to his beginners yoga and pilates. And even did the aquarobics - a really mixed bunch having fun in the pool. Jafree filled his walk to the lighthouse with laughs and facts. Food was great - a good mix and choice. Book the hummingbird fine dining too when you're……

“This place is magical! Owners proudly look after it putting their hearts into it. Staff is so warm, dedicated and helpful, especially Elizabeth, Leandra, Dianne, Shontea and many others. The most lavish free breakfast and delicious food available for lunch and dinner, transport available to take you anywhere you like.. overall could not recommend this natural paradise more❤️”
