「Clean room, friendly staff, amazing view, safe parking no worries about snow love it 」

「Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. 」

「The good: the condo is close to the gondola and restaurants. The bad: 1. The way the property manager, Summit County Mountain Retreats, operates and communicates is sub-par. You can’t check in until 4:30 - 5:00. You have to drive to another location to get your keys, when most places nowadays have keypads with a code. Communication was spotty and unfriendly when attempting to coordinate an early check in. 2. The TVs did not work for three of our four days. It took 2.5 days to get a tech to come...

「The room is big and clean - even has a fireplace! The Kitchen has almost everything you need. The location is perfect - children’s ski school is right in the same building. Good taste for the decoration. My kid said this condo felt like home.」
