Never stay here

Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. I wish he had told me sooner so we could have stayed somewhere else. I notified management about them and still havent had a response almost a week later. Even sent a picture of one he found.

I loved staying at the condo, only thing I could “complain” about was the king bed is getting a little wore out. Maybe time for an upgrade. Other than that amazing and amazing area!!!

Clean, comfortable, and centrally located...with exceptional views. Great place BUT the baseboard heater looked like it had a major leak under the couch and on the carpet (we went in the summer so no heat needed). The company managing these rentals is easy to find and get your key cards, however-big however, it is a bit of a riddle to find the location of the lodge and is difficult to locate as there's no written location of the lodge in the forms. You have to look it up in your email which is not convenient. The address should be in the paperwork that is picked up.

The rooms/cabins in the lodge need some upgrades and a lot of TLC. There's a lot of wear and tear. The staff however was really nice and receptive with the issues we had.

Overall, our stay was 5 stars, the only disappointment was the elevator to the garage was out of service. We had already off loaded our luggage in the garage so we had to push it up the ramp, go to the outside ramp and then use the inside elevator. When leaving we parked outside so we only had to push the luggage cart down the handicap ramp. It was a minor inconvenience. The rest of the facility was amazing.

Disappointed

We've been going to Keystone for 22 years, love it. This was the worst condo we've rented. The couch is very old and uncomfortable, the dining room chairs are torn, we had to keep defrosting the frig to get it to work, the carpet in the bedroom is a tripping hazard, maintenance did not come back to help, the tv is going out and we had to keep working on it to get ot to work, etc. Very disappointed! Had a great time in Keystone, would not recommend this condo though.

Great lodge, just a few improvements needed

Great lodge, clean and plenty of amenities nearby. Plenty of garage parking, however didn’t give 5* due to elevator to parking garage being broken which made things difficult. Also note pool in nearby Dakota lodge closes at 8pm not 10pm as reservation stated. Otherwise recommend.

Awesome stay!

We have stayed at Buffalo Lodge before and loved it, that's why we came back. The building is conveniently located within walking distance to Gondola One and right next to the skating rink. The furniture is a bit run down but we didn't mind since the place was spotless when we arrived. Overall is a great place to keep making memories with the family.

Trouble downloading check in instructions so had trouble finding out where to pick up keys. The person in the office was very helpful and kind.

Arrival Package lockbox with key cards is not on property. Otherwise excellent stay all around. Very clean.
