"Reserved a non smoking room. While the room its self was okay the bathroom smelled like weed. There was a use washed cloth on top of the shower curtain and I noticed a Budweiser can underneath the sink. Tried to call the front office couldn’t as the phone had no ringtone and when I pressed 0 nothing happened. I was in town for a friends funeral and didnt have time to go to the front office to complain so I just did what I needed to do and kept going. "

"Filthy carpet in the room combined with humidity made for a less than pleasant odor. Dusting seemed sporadic. But at least the bathroom was clean."

"We were giving a handicapped room which had mold in bathroom. We were told they were booked, why we were giving that room and not able to change it upon requesting."

"It was an awesome little hidden gem. We definitely want to stay there again. It was a very easy drive into Tyler from the house, grocery store was close, yard was peaceful, and the neighborhood was very friendly. I was most surprised by how well protected the cove was from south winds!"

"The property felt like such a sweet retreat! There’s no service, so it was such a great opportunity to disconnect! There definitely are other cabins around but it didn’t feel like it. The walking trails were serene and it was such a great getaway. Will definitely return!"

"What a great little place to stay! The house is so beautiful on the inside and the grounds are great too. Nice fire pit, hot tub was clean and so wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood set out in a beautiful setting. Definitely will rent again if we are in that area. "
