Brandon Riverbank Discovery Centre Hotels

"Toilet seats are cheap and flimsy. When you go to wipe the whole seat shifts. Maintenence came and looked at it, tightened it as much as possible but the issue kept happening. Also every day from morning till mid afternoon, the hot tub is out of order for maintenance. You would think this would be done overnight while its closed down. Staff was great, breakfast was good, although I suggest a better variety of fruits and cereals."

"Basic breakfast, which was fine with us. Room was very clean. Hotel is a bit rundown but if you’re not concerned about that and cleanliness is the priority, then it was a suitable room! We enjoyed the proximity to the Keystone Center and to restaurants/grocery store, all walkable. The kids loved the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel was clean and everything looked in good condition. No stained carpets or broken trims and no burnt out lights etc. The parking lot in the back was well lit and didn’t have any issues getting to and from my vehicle. "

"Firstly we had thought we’d booked 2 beds and the staff didn’t seem willing make any changes for us. The lobby was a little grungy. The room was okay. "

"Clean, reasonably spacious rooms. Pool size was ideal for us and connected to the keystone center which made life so much easier for us as we were attending the Royal manitoba winter fair."
