"I thought the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great, the rooms were nice and there were lots of things to do in Issaquah. I gave the hotel a low rating because ever since I made the reservation, I have been getting 50-100 spam emails daily from Mariott. Blocking them does not help, more keep coming."

"I’ve never walked into someone in a room that was mine, yet that’s what happened. The lobby employee gave me a key to my room and when I walked in there was someone’s things and them in the room! I went back and told the employee and they asked if I checked the curtain since when it’s closed that means someone is in there. What!?! When I get a key for a room I assume no one else will be in it. In my room, the kitchen faucet leaked and dripped all night, the microwave was filthy inside, what looked like mold was inside, and the mirrors in the bathroom was still dirty. "
